RimForge and Rigor Mortis Lightning Compat

RimForgeとMoeLotl: Rigor Mortisの落雷処理に関する競合を修正するパッチ。
RimForgeが落雷の処理を上書きしていたため、Rigor Mortis側の落雷パッチが実行されない問題を解決。
具体的には雷撃木が作れなくなる現象と落雷がキョンシーに効かなくなる現象を修正します。
