Empire -100 goodwill in scenarios Fix

このMODは以下のパッチが含まれています。
1.追加種族による派閥シナリオでゲームを開始した場合、Royaltyの帝国と永続的な敵対関係にならないようにする
2.[JDS] Exiled DawnとFallout: Red Scare派閥が他のMODの種族に敵対しないようにする

新しいシナリオでのみ機能し、既に開始したゲームのセーブデータでは修正できません。
すべてのMODをサブスクライブする必要はありません、任意の種族MODだけで機能します。
